Be stoked this school year! Bring Makey Makey to your classroom.
Happy Computer Science Education Week! We've been having a great week seeing so many teachers introducing students to coding. We thought we'd share one of our favorite challenges today.
Everybody loves a good banana piano, but what about coding your very own musical instrument?
This is by far one of the most popular things to do with our Classic Makey Makey Invention Kit!
You can always plug and play a piano, but today's challenge is to code your own!
It is super simple to code an instrument in Scratch!
Here are three ideas to inspire you and your students:

If your students aren't quite ready for Scratch, this is a great coding concept project where students code a pattern and have their friends play the code they created with our apps. This Labz guide comes from one of our newest Makey Makey Ambassadors, Laura Collins!

Tomorrow we will share our last coding challenge for the week!
