Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel or change information on an order placed through our online Makey Shop, contact our support team as soon as possible at support@joylabz.com. Orders may be processed and shipped immediately after they are received, but if we can catch it, we will cancel or update your order. Please include your order number in all correspondence. 

Returns

You may return items purchased through our online Makey Shop — unused and unopened in their original packaging — within 90 days of purchase for a refund. We will refund the full price of returned items, minus the cost of shipping, to the credit card or PayPal account originally used to make the purchase. Sorry, we can't accept returns after the 90-day window. Contact our support team at support@joylabz.com with your order number and shipping address, and we'll send you a return shipping label. Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned items. Refunds may take 5-7 working business days to be credited to your payment card or account.

Returns Under Warranty

Makey Makey products come with a 90-day Limited Warranty that covers manufacturer defects or malfunctions if purchased through our online Makey Shop (JoyLabz LLC) or one of our authorized resellers. If your Makey Makey product fails to function as described in our documentation, contact us at support@joylabz.com. When inquiring about warranty eligibility, please provide your order number (from our online store) or proof of purchase. We will replace any defective parts or offer a refund. The warranty is rendered void on a Makey Makey board that has been plugged directly into a wall outlet, soldered or physically modified, or reprogrammed in any way. We reserve the right to inspect the product and verify any defects. (Also let us know if you are looking for replacement parts.)

Purchased Somewhere Else?

If you purchased a Makey Makey product somewhere other than the online Makey Shop, we cannot provide a direct refund. Contact the retailer you purchased from for returns or refunds. If your Makey Makey product is not functioning correctly, contact our support team at support@joylabz.com and we will do our best to help you find a solution.
